Message frequency varies based on your case status and communication preferences. During active fee quote follow-up, you may receive up to 4-5 automated messages over a 14-day period. You may also receive additional messages in response to your inquiries.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of any particular message is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside the Firm's control, including your carrier, device, and location.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are transmitted only to Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, and solely for the purpose of delivering the operational messages described in Section 4.2. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. By making a payment through our portal, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. The Firm does not store your credit card information on our servers.
By electronically signing a fee agreement through our client portal, you acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal ESIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
